My mum has been at Rugby Care Centre for 10 months now. We had an option for her to move closer to home, but found the staff and care at Rugby Care Centre so good that we felt it was worth travelling for. The whole team really do go above and beyond to look after the people in their care. They are professional while loving, they make it a lovely atmosphere for both residents and visitors. Well done all x

Following a period of respite, my 93 year old mother has been a permanent resident of Rugby Care Centre for four months. We have found the standard of care to be excellent. The manager, Sarah and her team of nurses/carers are really friendly, welcoming and obviously dedicated to the well-being of their charges. My family and I couldn't ask for any better care for our mother. The food is of a very high standard with plenty of choice, which has made our mother very happy. Any health issues or concerns have been addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Since my mother moved in, she has been entertained by local singers, a school choir, a garden party (which was excellent), a Halloween party, Christmas party and has been taken out to local cafes etc. Don't be misled by the Victorian exterior of the premises as this does not reflect the professional care received by the residents and we have noted a considerable amount of ongoing refurbishment/redecoration taking place. We can definitely recommend this care home for it's homely atmosphere, cleanliness and the loving care of it's staff. Mrs P Babbedge
